ZPW-2000R No insulation frequency shift automatic block system
ZPW-2000R non-insulation track circuit equipment satisfies Chinese railway train operation control system CTCS0-3 level and is one of important basic technology equipment of Chinese railway train operation control system CTCS. Main function of the equipment is to realize occupancy and idle inspection of train through track circuit equipment, thus realizing automatic control of train operation. It satisfies demands of technical equipment with general railway speed of 160km/h and below, high speed of 200kw/h and above. It is applicable to electrified, non-electrified, single-track, double-track and other automatic block sections, can be applicable to national railway, subway and urban rail transit and other fields and can satisfy requirements of cab-signaling authorization. The equipment has fully independent intellectual property right, conforms to main technology policies of Chinese railway and satisfies requirements of The Technical Specification of ZPW-2000 Track Circuit (TB/T 3206-2017) issued by former Ministry of Railways (current National Railway Administration of the People’s Republic of China) and Corpus of Tentative Technical Conditions for Railway Signaling Products of PDL (Ke Jiao Yun No. 36).
The equipment passed technical appraisal of former Ministry of Railways in 2003, passed administrative license of former Ministry of Railways and production enterprise certification for the first time in 2007, passed technical review of former Ministry of Railways in June 2011 and obtained administrative license of former Ministry of Railways again in July 2011 with qualification applied to high-speed railway, and passed CRCC railway product certification in March 2017. The equipment has been applied in 16 group companies in the whole route and total mileage of the equipment reaches more than 7500 kilometers.
Product and development process of product conform to rules of EN50126, EN50128 and EN50129 series standard and have passed SIL4 level independent safety evaluation.
1) Annunciator protection scheme in syntonic section Realize inspection handling of syntonic section A in interior of annunciator and main track A these two parts as a complete track section A, output a track relay GJ controlling track section A and the function that track section A is protected by annunciator A, and improve system safety.
2) Inspection scheme of syntonic section The five-point symmetrical layout design in syntonic section has improved the working range and stability of receiving signal in syntonic section. Based on this, the software adopts the floating threshold algorithm to realize the occupancy state inspection in syntonic section (the dead zone is not more than 5m), realizes the red lamp protection in BA disconnection check and broken rail state inspection in syntonic section, therefore, the track circuit realizes the broken rail inspection in the whole length. It improves the security of the system.
3) Bidirectional tracking operation of system As syntonic section in interior of annunciator and main truck action on a track relay GJ, bidirectional tracking operation engineering design of system is simple and easy.
4) Low power supply noise and small line drop DC48V power supply is adopted. Supply current is 50% less than DC24V, which is convenient for engineering construction, and decreases influences of power supply noise and line drop on system at the same time.
5) Cabinet design convenient for engineering construction The interlayer wiring inside the cabinet adopts the cables with wire spring structure on two ends, and the zero layer wiring adopts Wago crimp terminals. The wiring within the layer adopts PCB connection. It not only facilitates the production, construction and maintenance, but also improves the reliability of the system.
6) Realize field auxiliary maintenance and remote self-diagnosis function The system is equipped with maintenance terminal (site maintenance equipment), service-end communication module and Web service platform, and can provide health pre-diagnosis, fault alarm positioning, maintenance and repair reference and other functions, realize remote on-line supervision and maintenance guide of intelligent application and maintenance at the same time.
ZPW-2000R type station coding equipment
Main function of ZPW-2000R type station coding equipment is to overlap 50Hz or 25Hz track circuit in the station. After the train enters main track section in the station, equipment in the section sends ZPW-2000R frequency shift information to locomotive, transmitting equipment in the front section also sends ZPW-2000R frequency shift information to the track, it is called pre-overlap; after the train enters lateral line section, transmitting equipment in the section sends 2000R frequency shifting information to the section to satisfy requirements of cab-signaling authorization. The equipment has full proprietary intellectual property rights, which conforms to main technical policies of Chinese railway and satisfies Railway Station Coding of Continuous track Circuits Specification (TB/T 2465-2010) issued by former Ministry of Railways (current National Railway Administration of the People's Republic of China) and Coding Equipment of Track Circuit in Railway Station (TB/T 3112-2017).
ZPW-2000R non-insulation frequency-shift automatic block system application case ZPW-2000R non-insulation frequency-shift track circuit equipment and station coding equipment have been successfully applied in Tongliao-Huolin line of Shenyang Bureau, Fengtai – Shacheng line of Beijing Bureau, Tang Zhang line of Beijing Bureau, increased second line project of Nanjing –Xi'an line in the pipeline of Xi’an Bureau, Wuhan Bureau, Zhengzhou Bureau and Shanghai Bureau, Mudanjiang-Suifenhe line of 200 kilometers in Harbin Group, Harbin-Mudanjiang line operating by C3 train control system of Harbin Group and other lines. Up to July 2018, total mileage of ZPW-2000R type insulated track line equipment is almost 7500 kilometers, and total number of stations using station coding equipment exceeds 600. The single line of Baoji-Zhongwei line of Xi’an Group is automatically blocked bi-directionally. Under the using condition with poor line condition, multiple bridges and culverts and frequent operation direction change, no using faults and problems related to system technology and equipment have occurred. It is proven by using practice that ZPW-2000R non-insulation frequency-shift automatic block system is safe and reliable with stable performance.
The equipment has been developed since 2002 and passed technical review in the end of 2006 and obtained administrative license of former Ministry of Railways in 2008. It passed the third party independent safety evaluation in 2012, which proves that products and product development process conform to SIL4 level specified by EN50126, EN50128 and EN50129 series standards, reaching international advanced level. The equipment obtained administrative license of National Railway Administration of the People's Republic of China and manufacturing enterprise license in October 2014, and passed certification of China Railway Test & Certification Center (CRCC).
"JWJ-C2 microcomputer axle counter" is safety signal equipment of spot check, which is mainly used to check circuit, turnout, plane cross section, level crossing occupancy or idle state. The function is equal to track circuit. Specific application of axle counter includes the following contents: firstly, axle counter is combined with semi-automatic block system (or combined with station interlocking station and automatic inter-station block circuit) to form automatic inter-station block; secondly, use axle counter to form automatic block; thirdly, use axle counter to check occupancy and idle state of station track section; fourthly, axle counter is applied to urban rail transit field as backup mode.
